You're running the games at too high settings, it's overheating, there's a Windows / driver / software issue, and a few dozen other possibilities.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
Motherboard: ASUS / MSI (AMD A320M Chipset)
Memory: 8GB DDR4 Digital Storm Performance Series
Power: 600W Digital Storm Performance Series
Graphics Card: Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics
Storage: Storage (2TB Seagate / Toshiba)

Is the PC new? How long have you had it? How long has the problem been happening?

Using AMD Ryzen Master what are your CPU/GPU temps reported as?
