Hello! I'm having random fps drops. For example, while I'm playin WoW, it works fine in 120+ fps and suddenly it drops to 5-10 fps for like 10 seconds or so. Then, back to normal at 120+.
This happens in almost all games. Later, i replayed Black Mesa and I have this problems in there too.
I swear to god I do not know what else to do. I cleaned the laptop, changed the processor paste, bought a cooler... I don't know what else to do. I'm out of options

-Processor AMD ryzen 5 3550 with radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 8 CPUs ~ 2,1 GHz
- Ram memory 16384 MB
-Display 1 - AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics
-Display 2 - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650
