Frostpunk 2

Have any of ya'll played Frostpunk and/or Frostpunk 2?

I have only about 14 hours into Frostpunk 1 and the bleak nature and difficulty of the game had me shelving it for other titles. I plan to revisit it this fall / winter to see if FP2 is worth a look.

What are your experiences with either game? Love them, hate them? I feel like their difficulty makes them pretty polarizing.

This is a great breakdown, sorry I didn’t find it when I did a thread search. My plan is to jump back in to FP1 and see how I’m feeling on it. If I can make some more progress in getting better at the game I’ll jump into FP2.

God does it look GORGEOUS too.

I really liked the first game, because of the setting and scripted moments as much as the moment to moment city builder part of it. Excited to get into 2 sometime.

I saw 11Bit post the other day they had sold enough to cover production and marketing already, even with it being on Gamepass. Great to see the game doing well in reviews and sales both.
