I am new to building a pc could you please tell me if there is something wrong with the parts I picked

it's fine, but I'd get a 750w psu. Not that 7900gre needs it, but at some point you might wanna decide to get a +300w card, which have become standard these days.
Oh, custom 7900gre actually is close to that 300w. If you're gonna OC that, I'd suggest a 750w.

it can even spike near 400w stock

if you wanna avoid the possibility of unstable system/shutdowns, either get a 750w psu or a 4070 super instead - it's worth the extra 50$/eur anyway for the RT performance, dlss and RTX HDR/NVTrueHDR not just superb power efficiency.

I would go with a 7600 (non X) seeing how that cpu runs cooler and look at a 750w - 850w psu.
