Call of Cthulu: Dark Corners Of The Earth
Ambitious action horror from the 2000s. It has a sanity/mental system, no HUD, strange health and healing systems, but overall worth trying out. Has a few cheap jumpscares here and there, but beyond that, the atmosphere and some of the levels can be a bit unsettling. Shooting is laughably bad, but the rest of the experience makes up for the mediocre gunplay.

I love Dark Corners of the Earth! Haven't played it in years and sadly it seems to have a lot more bugs on modern hardware these days but I second that recommendation. I'm a big advocate for more horror FPS games and Dark Corners of the Earth is an important forerunner for the subgenre and still holds up in some respects.
