Far Cry New Dawn—Blurry graphics in fights

FC: New Dawn is beautiful game, im playing with an RTX 4080, everything ultra, 1440p resolution.

But in fights sometimes the graphic is horrible: blurry and grainy

I dont know, is it some effect of the game? it could be some ugly grenade effect? how to turn it off?
I tried with my RTX 2080 and i had the same effect so the problem is not with my GPU. Motion blur is disabled in the options and i have the newest nvidia driver.

This thread mentions it's a game feature when you're under fire.

have you tried different types of Anti Aliasing in the graphic settings?

Someone mentioned to change AA to SMAA.
