Just wondering if anyone knows if a corsair radiator plus 140mm fans will fit within the width of the NZXT H500 front mount and not be getting in the way of the NZXT cable management bracket. I had a look and it has 60mm worth of clearance and the fans are 25mm but I don't know the width of the actual radiator.

It should fit. What cooler specifically, the H115i? Corsair lists the radiator thickness as 27mm, so combined with a 25mm thick fan you'll be good.
