My only issue is, is that it is £2,000. I need to reduce this by £500-400, before I can even think about purchasing it, please help!

This is a spec you are ordering from PC Specialist in the UK, yes?

What is the intended use? Gaming? What kinds of games? Other uses than gaming (e.g. video editing in adobe premiere pro?) As specific as possible helps.

What monitor are you pairing the system with?

If it's for pure and generic gaming, the obvious changes would be
drop the mobo to the TUF PLUS which is great
dropping the CPU to the 3700x or even 3600 (not X)
dropping the RAM to 16gb as 32gb is a waste anyway
a less expensive CPU cooler
probably not buying a Seagate Firecuda (it's not really that great anyway)
possibly switching the GPU to an RX 5700 XT depending on the savings.

But if you can answer the questions above, can be more specific :)
