That doesn't go very far. SFF systems can't accommodate regular sized GPUs and many can't even use a half-height GPU.

The Dell is a business class rig. To use all but the most basic GPUs, would would also need to upgrade the PSU.

Honestly, I would recommend you save your money for something far more suitable for gaming as neither of these are satisfactory.

That is above your previously stated budget, but should improve over the other options quite a bit.

Still, spending about $360CAD for this rig will still be very underwhelming in terms of performance compared to any modern rig.
