Almost definitely not, most unlikely an i5 will even fit in a motherboard over 20 years old.

Haha. I think he's talking about for retro gaming in DOSbox, not to put in an actual old PC.
If that's what you meant, then yes, that CPU should do you very well for playing games in DOSbox. I'm not sure, but I don't think DOSbox needs a real powerful video card.
The way he worded it was kind of confusing. At least you're not one of those goofballs who thinks there is no 'u' in "humor."
