Please i need to mod or cheat to unlock the generals in company of heroes 2, please i cant unlock them for some reason

Thanks bud, my cousin had done something to where he was messing around a folder of the game and some how managed to unlock all of them and extra abilities and ****. By configuring some files somewhere and then 3 months later I haven't been able to get it back that way again
