Check out Your Chronicale

I recently discovered a freebie on steam called Your Chronicle.
It works similar to old style text based adventure games but instead of typing instructions it uses boxes that work like flow charts.
I have just over 100 hours on it but around 40 hours i almost gave up on it , this is because nothing seems to happen for a long time so it makes you think your doing something wrong then all of a sudden you get loads of stuff to do ... then it happens again nothing seems to be happening then you have a ton of things to sort.

Their is one strange thing that happens and i have never know it happen in any other game i have used.
Save and quit and when you put it back on the next day things will have happened ????? its almost as if you never turned the game off

It's available for free on Android as well, so I'm playing it on my phone now.

As the description says, it's an idle game. This means the game keeps progressing even when you're not playing, though it seems it only goes half as fast as when the game is open, at least at the start.

It also means that all actions run on a timer and the game will probably get progressively more grindy with the timers taking longer or needing to perform an action or series of actions more times to progress. With a lot of idle games you end up needing to check in only once or twice a day because there just isn't enough to do to actively play the game.
