Maybe one of the Hitman games? I've never played one, but I know the main character is bald and uses a lot of odd things to kill people.

-I remember it being a Third Person game ( Open world ), you were a Bald and Fat guy, could wander around, go to strip clubs. I also remember the game starting of you being in a plane, throwing forks at enemies. Also, you could take a piss and there was a sex scene in the plane at the begining

I doubt it. I played the Larry games in the 90s, he never killed anyone.
