is it enough for gaming as well as video editing?

It will do video editing if that's all you can afford. It just won't be very fast at it.

A lot of the video editors are adding AI capabilities, and this will not run AI. Well, it might, but it would do it on that old CPU and be excruciatingly slow.

Two out of three of those stats match my last PC. Not PSU, but rest isn't that bad... for an 8 year old PC (mine would be 8 this year). Space can be fixed, I did think about commenting on PSU as it would restrict GPU updates... without replacing it anyway. Knowing brand might help too.
