AMD Ryzen 4600G
Boistar B550MH DDR4 AM4 PCIe 4.0 supported
Kingston FURY Beast 8GB DDR4 (Total 2x8=16 GB)
Netac N930E Pro 512GB M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0

Can I use the following graphics card with this build and which power supply should I use?

AMD Radeon™ RX 5500 XT

Yes, that PC can use that GPU
Probably only need a 650watt PSU at most. Get one from Corsair or Seasonic, can't go wrong.
