Can i run RDR2 at 30 fps 1080p low settings

I want to know if I'm able to run RDR2 on my pc 30 fps 1080p low settings
my pc specs are
i7 3770k
16gb
RX 470 4GB platinum edition
OS:win 10 pro 64bit

of course, use hardware unboxed optimized settings, imo you'll easily get 60.

The minimum spec says the same thing as the recommended specs, which says that the RX 470 will not be enough to play the game. Buying any game when your stats are below the minimum specs is risky. Sometimes people are able to make them work, sometimes not. You'll have to research your specific situation to see if it's possible for you.

Or you could just buy a less demanding game.

Then you should try playing it and see how it runs for yourself, as to what you might consider as an acceptable experience.

rx470 will do fine, remember he wants 1080p/30fps/low
looking at yt footage, 470 will get 40+ fps at 1080p medium, but I'd still go for optimized.
