Buying Gaming PC—which one is best?

Im going to buy my first gaming PC, after some research these are the Option that i got. I dont know much about gaming PC. So i want to ask if you could help me choose between these options and and opinion you hace let me know.
The PC is for gaming, but also for program and tasks too.

Option 1:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Eight Core 5.00GHz
- Memory: Corsair Vengeance EXPO 64GB (2X32GB) DDR5 PC5-41600C40 5200MHz
- Graphics Card: MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ventus 3X OC 12GB GDDR6X
- M.2 Solid State Drive: WD Black SN770 2TB SSD M.2 2280 NVME PCI-E Gen4
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Home

Option 2:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X8C/16T 4.5GHz - 5.4GHz
- Memory: 32GB (2x16GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB 5600MHz DDR5
- Graphics Card: 16GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080
- System Drive: 2TB Corsair MP600 CORE XT NVMe M.2 SSD
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Home

Option 3:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D 12 Core CPU (4.4GHz-5.6GHz)
- Memory: 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 4800MHz (2 x 16GB)
- Graphics Card: 16GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080
- 1st M.2 SSD Drive: 1TB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe
- 2nd M.2 SSD Drive: 2TB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe
- Operating System: Not specified

Option 4:
- Processor: Intel Core i7 20-Core Processor 17-14700K (Up to 5.6GHz)
- Memory: 64GB PCS PRO DDR5 4800MHz (2 x 32GB)
- Graphics Card: 12GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
- 1st M.2 SSD Drive: 1TB Samsung 990 PRO M.2, PCIe 4.0 NVMe
- 2nd M.2 SSD Drive: 2TB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe
- Operating System: Not specified

If I had to choose and not know anything else about the PCs I’d go with Option 2. It has the fastest RAM and the joint best graphics card. I might be missing something though.

Also, you would be best to find out if it has a case with decent airflow and a good brand power supply.

With those high-powered CPUs and especially GPUs, heat is going to be a killer in those systems, and also the power draw during usage spikes. So find out about:
Case make/model;
PSU make/model;
Cooling system—air or water, number and size of fans and their placement.
