Hi Staff and Friends, im relatively new on building pc, although my first pc i did build several years ago is still working fine, this new one im trying to make work after assembling it tho is a different story, pc does boot up but the screen remains full black.
Assembling process, installing the CPU in the correct position and applying the thermal paste,i installed the CPU fan i connected the cpu fan connectors, i installed the ram the 2 SSD, the GPU, i connected the 2 power supply connectors to the motherboard, in this case GPU don't have any(listed parts down below).
I booted up the pc having it plugged on a LED monitor that works on the other pc i have at home, the fans starts to turn and all LD turns on, the screen turns from inactive to Full black and nothing shows, i smash the "CANC" button for at least 1m(knowing that prob few sec are enough usually to successfully seeing the bios on the screen) to try to access the bios but nothing happen, i tried different monitor, resetting the CMOS removing the small battery and i tried another GPU (Geforce RTX 3060 of the other pc) the results are the same nothing happen, i saw on the web a guide that told to start pc with only CPU-Motherboard-Ram-GPU with nothing else attached like mouse,keyboard and SSD's claiming that some CPU were more stubborn to start but nothing happened, same results.

RAM- Crucial DDR5 16GB 5600MHz

CPU- Intel Core i5-13400f 4.6GHz
