750w psus are meh.
for budget builds with cards like 6600/7600/4060 or even 4070, 650w is plenty but for cards that pull 300w they might be insufficient. Either pick a 550w/650w (what I recommend here) or go with 850w+
Also, swap that 980Pro for a SN580, 2TB costs just 10 pounds more, and you will never tell a difference.
Might wanna consider a 4060 over 6600xt, it's about 10-15% faster, more power efficient, and has dlss. worth 20 pounds for the performance and efficiency alone.
I would pick a 6/12 ryzen 5600 with a b550 mobo over 12100f with b760 any day. And for the cooler, get this
at 33 quid it's like you stole it, might outperform high end noctua/bequiet at half their price.
so, all in all,
5600+b550>12100f+b760
leave the ram
6600xt upgraded to 4060
2TB sn580 over 1tb 980 Pro

Get the 5600 non-x (costs less, performs the same) and upgrade the rtx4060 version to dual fan (just not zotac).
also, you absolutely do not need a 850w psu, this would power two of your pc's.

The 12400F runs cool so a single 120mm tower cooler is more than sufficient for this cpu. The difference between DDR4 3200 and DDR4 3600 for Intel 12/13 gen cpu's is slim at best so save the money. Add a graphics card to this build that fits your budget. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of this case for an exhaust fan.

nah, no additional fans needed, this pc won't produce much heat in the first place.
just make sure the board has the latest bios, 5600 non-x came out a lot later than 5600x, ask the retailer to flash it if necessary or do it yourself.
