Build under $2K for 1440p on Warzone, ideally 144 FPS

So with the current prices of GPU’s I’m actually leaning towards a prebuilt or custom build through a PC company, but I’m open to building if it’s realistic. My goal is simple, get the highest FPS at 1440p on Warzone that I can get for under 2k. Can someone with more experience please help me put together a build that can reach my budget? And then also maybe a build that exceeds it but consistently hits 144+fps? Any help would be appreciated. I am in Northeast PA, if that matters. Thank you!

The graphics card will eat up most of your budget due to the extreme shortage of gpu's along with the internet mining craze atm. Wait a few weeks for the B660 DDR4 boards to show up on US hardware sites. These boards in the links down below should retail for right around $150 if I had to guess.
