Details matter when providing a list of components, like complete make/model numbers. For example, who made your motherboard?
Ryzen 5 2600 pro
16gb ram ddr4 xpg 2x8 GAMMIX
Gtx 1060 6gb PNY
Psu 850w CORSAIR RM850
Mobo b45m2 biostar

Perhaps you can start by removing the GPU, using the motherboard to connect the monitor, and confirming whether the issue lies with the GPU.

Try resetting the BIOS. First. Disconnect all powered sources that includes power cable, video, cable, and powered speakers. Then remove the BIOS battery from the motherboard.

Press the power button to discharge any residual power stored in the system. Wait 1 minute and reinstall the battery.

Try powering the system on and seeing if you can access your BIOS.
