BF6 lag

Hey!
My battlefield 6 is lagging even though I have better than recommended specs for that game.

My specs: rtx 3070,i7 12700H,16 gb ram. I have a laptop.

My FPS drops down to 20 and jumps up again when in game or in main menu.It keeps doing that all the time.
The game is lagging and is uplayable.
Please help me with this.

Hi, had the same bottleneck issue with my i-7 13700kf +4080 managed to get it fixed after scouring the subreddit for fixes.

The steps that was working for people was:

- Set the game to fullscreen and setting a FPS limit

- Disabling EA overlay/ switching to steam version of beta.

- If on steam verify beta files (I had 3 files missing so did a friend)

- I followed a guide from u/DerAnonymator found here that was the thing that worked for me.

It seems like for the intel CPUs, the game is using the E (efficiency) cores instead of the P (performance cores) going into the bios and disabling the E cores entirely is what fixed it for me.
