I have an HP laptop but its battery is dead. What should I do? Please guide

Bring it to an authorized service provider and have them replace it. You can also DIY though it is not advisable if your not familiar with your laptop.

1. Watch some YouTube videos about disassembling and reassembling your exact model.

2. If you're happy you'll be able to DIY, buy a battery and replace the dud.

If the laptop is under warranty it is better to take it to a authorized service provider. If not you can look up for the model number mentioned on your battery/laptop and order a new suitable battery and DIY.
