Question AUDIO DRIVER

should i use an audio driver for gaming ... im currently using the realtek driver that came with my pc when i bought it with haedphones ... will i have more options in the game regarding the sound configuration , because sometimes i want to adjust certain effects on the game but they dont respond when i test it later ...could it be an audio driver issue ?

the game would be using realtek drivers, it has to use whatever windows provides.
You could try updating the realtek drivers.
