placed a pre-order for a GPU with them back in 2020. been waiting and watching my queue position come down slowly. communication was really good initially, but in the last few months they've become quite erratic. not answering phone or emails. flying off the handle at customers on discord. banning anyone who complains.
stock levels are almost normal now but they're not responding to customer enquiries so cant change my order to an alternative card.
people have tried cancelling orders but again no response.
anyone else dealt with these guys?
