4070ti bracket not fitting

I have a gigabyte 4070 ti that the bracket does not fit on my asus tuf z690. Has anyone had this issue? I have the ability to modify the case to get it to work. I rather see if there is a less invasive fix though.

Assuming you have your motherboard mounted properly, you should not have to modify your GPU bracket.

What is the make/model of your case? Did you use the proper mounts/stand-offs between the motherboard and case mounting points?
