2 RAM DIMMs don't work

SOS PC DONT USE BOTH DIMM OF RAM need help

I have had the pc for two years but it did not always have 2 dm eight ram . The issue is that from the moment I put both they can not work together. I checked all the videos I tried with bios etc but no. if you could suggested something would help me a lot.

If you bought a new 8GB separately to add in they might not play well together.

Assuming you updated your mobo to the latest BIOS, and turned off the 'fast boot' option also in BIOS?

If that doesn't work you'd be better off selling both the sticks you bought individually and buying a matched kit 2x8 (16GB) kit to be sure they will work together.

Make sure the exact part number and revision of the new kit you buy is on the QVL memory support list for your motherboard too. Your chip is a Summit Ridge part.

Find out if your motherboard is rev1 or rev2.0, looks like the box would have been different and there should be a sticker on the board.
