My PC should be able to handle the game on ultra without a problem. I did try every possible graphics change in the game. My drivers are updated. I don't have much apps in the background just Discord, Steam.. Power plan of my pc is set to Ultimate.

I was searching through out the internet for many fixes, yet nothing worked. Everything I saw was just to set grass settings to the lowest and to check CPU temps, which I both did. I need some advice so I can run the game smoothly, right now I am playing constantly around 30-50fps. PC specs...
