I think that was where they were canning meat. I'm thinking there's a location where they either were developing food preservatives or there was a computer that mentions it. It's been a while, so I can't remember.
A friend got done watching Fallout, but has never played any of the games. They were asking where the food in the Vault came from and I just said they have super preservatives. I seem to remember a location in F3/NV/4 that either dealt with developing food preservatives or mentioned them. Does...
Thanks! I usually only hear static when the sound is really low, like in a crafting menu or inventory in Cyberpunk 2077 for example, so it's not horrible. It's annoying though!
I bought a new Origin PC in May (needed a replacement fast, no time to source parts this time) and I installed my old Soundblaster Z soundcard. It works well, but in some games I get a LOT of noise coming off the PC or PSU. In fact the only slot open for the card has the card sitting about 1/2...
Weird. I was trying to remember because my parents got our first modern PC (first Pentium) in June or July of 94. Before that we had an old XT with EGA graphics. So I would go over and play newer games on his PC which was faster (and VGA). I remember playing the PC Gamer XCOM demo on his PC at...
Does anyone remember the month/year that XCOM: UFO Defense came out in the U.S.? I've tried Googling it and the dates are all over the place. I was trying to remember because I know I played the PC Gamer demo before I bought the game, but can't remember if it was 94 or 95.

I had an Office Depot chair for the last 18 years and it was super comfortable and had great support... until the back tension gave out last year. I finally ordered a new chair a week ago so I hope that guarantees I win!
Has anyone fired up one of their favorite games, but you've just played it so many times you can't get into it anymore? I haven't played Fallout 3 in a while and played it for maybe a week, and it was fun at first, but I keep thinking "I should play New Vegas instead...". I think I've just...
I think we're supposed to say what gaming devices we think would help disabled gamers. Honestly I'm not in a position where I would know. I just think it's great someone is making gaming more accessible to people with disabilities.
However if we're just talking random gaming gear, I think...
