I cleansed it with a dry and clean sponge (the soft part of course). I took the cooler off again and took off some of the paste. Still getting the same results. I've checked some videos that shows how to apply the paste. I think I did it correctly (now you got me haha)

I bought Thermal Coolermaster high performance paste The cooler is extremely tight, there are no lose legs. The fan is plugged on the MB's header and i reboot my system to check the fans RPM and the CPU fan is hitting 3200 rpm
