They do have the 12700 for £40 less and they also have the 12600k for £110 less. They have many selections of coolers too, I just don't know which to pick.

Would you recommend any of these two builds that I have found on scan. I think they are both similar but one has the 3070rtx and the other has the 3080 for around 300 extra...

The 3070 version of this model is £100 less so I guess it would be more worth to keep the 3080 model.
