I have no idea what happened to you, but what you say happened, didn't. The game is free-to-play. Support is ban player for nothing if you have above 1000 platinum and block you from support so you can't defend yourself and after they take you plats so - be aware , pls, I have been played this for years , behave properly , always helps other players , no cheating collecting , trading etc...- recon 23
