Every fan works in the system trying to check the gpu works in the other sytem clearing cmos does nothing and still no power to mouse keyboard rewiring is a dead option this case is so small it would probably take hours so what is the next step

So i built an new pc and added the old gpu in and my pc wont show to my monitor and i dont have power on my mouse and keyboard. i have R5600x asrock b550 itx/ac rx 580 corsair vengence 16 3200 1tb ssd and my case is the nzxt h1 v2 and psu and cooler is preinstalled in the case.
