    Rog Strix 2080 super oc white leds light up when I turn on the psu switch

    I have read that non blinking white lights means that there is some sort of power issue but this is on the videocard and not the motherboard. I also have very loud coilwhine not sure if it is related. The white lights never turn off unless turn the switch back off.
