    So it spontaneously stopped! @Brian Boru I think you're right, I must have hit some sort of secret combo of keystrokes that activated that key for both forward AND up in my computer. Hopefully won't happen again...

    Was playing Cyberpunk when my preferred forward movement key, the forward arrow, started scrolling to face me straight up to the sky while still moving forward. Happens in all games now, indicating a PC keyboard issue rather than a game key bind issue. Have rebound relevant keys, checked NVIDIA...
