S I use the stealth chest piece on my assassin as well. The game does have an auto run button that toggles on and off. On my computer it's mouse button 4. I never set it and I don't even remember if I saw that key binding in the controls. I discovered it by accident.

Been using assassin and dumping points in to traps. I just set down a couple wave of flame turrets and then go stand in the corner while they clear the room. Andarial went down super quick this way.

While it's not the same, you should look up a game called night is coming on steam. It combines town building with survival horror. It releases early next year

Accidentally stabbed the blacksmith in dark souls. I don't know why he has all those weapons when his fist do all the talking.

Might and magic: dark messiah is old but pretty decent. There is also Arx Fatalis ,another old game, but also good. They recently added it to pc game pass.

I usually pick mage or wizard. My second choice is archer or ranger.

Green man gaming had the new rerelease of quake 1 for 3 dollars, so I picked it up and am really enjoying it. I can definitely see the influence it had on modern retro fps games like amid evil.

While many games incorporate elements of the stealth genre, there has not been many real stealth games in recent years. I would like to see more hardcore stealth games like thief make a comeback.
