Trying to build a new PC but struggling to decide on graphic card vs monitor balance. Right now the graphic card I would get is the Gigabyte RTX4070 TI Eagle OC 12G but I don't know if it can stand a top performance game in a 4k monitor of 144+ hz. Should I upgrade the graphic card to a 4080...
