I'm playing Control on a 3070 and an i7-10700K. I have most of the settings pretty much maxed out including RTX. The videos card fans really start to crank when the action starts. Goes really hard for maybe 20 seconds then calms down. Seems like it's either really cranking or pretty much silent...
