    I don't have a second PC for the GPU test. So haven't tried it. Updated the LAN drivers, the problem didn't go away.

    Replaced the 550W bad power supply with a be quiet! System Power 11 750W, the stuttering did not go away.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have already made a post there. I will try to replace the PSU. Yes, I'm using two 16gb memory sticks from the same kit. Putting the old 8gb memory sticks in their place does not fix the problem.
