yeah it stutters, not as much as before. after i downloaded the newest driver which was able like yesterday, but gta i still have low fps and i have like 10% gpu usage, and then it's about 50 degrees, and my cpu usage also isn't high

when i am playing games like BF5 of GTA 5 my gpu is below 20% usage, and my cpu is around 50%, i wouldn't mind it if i had normal fps, but when playing gta my fps doesn't go above 40, and while playing bf5 i have 75 fps (my moniter's refresh rate) but it is still very laggy. RTX 2060 6gb vram...
