    May be a dumb question but did you check if the monitor cable is connected to the gpu? Or maybe the frame limiter is on?

    10th gen intel cpus have a different socket - lga1200 and the chipset the supports them is z490 Change the mb to a good quality z490 and not a cheap one to make sure it provides enough power to the 10900k

    would you pair a 2080 aorus with a cooler master gx 550w 80+ bronze psu? pcpartpicker says estimated wattage is around 445w but the gpu's rec psu is 650w (i5 3550 3.9ghz, gigabyte z77x d3h, vengeance 16gb (2x8gb) 1866mhz)
