I have a rx 570 8gb paired with a xeon e3 1220 v2 and 12 gb of ram. When i play warzone my fps are only 40 - 55 which is not normal for a rx 570.The gpu stays at 100% usage but goes to 0 then 20 then 60 and then 100 again and the cpu remains 90 - 100% used .In the firing range i get 100 fps...

You were right The psu was some cheap one i got a fsp 600w And The mobo was damaged i changed that out and the system works fine now Thanks For The Assistance :)

I did check it in a different system driver loaded up and i ran furmark everything was normal
