The 4gb vram looks outdated now tbh. I wont recommend going straight to 16GB vrams but you can go for RX 9060XT which is affordable and provides good exp with 16GB vram and upgrade your processor tho. A new gen intel will be good but ryzen 7 7700 will be good max like it will take 50-60k rupees...
