I'm in France (thus the weird answering time and the clumsy English) and I would definitely need WiFi. Going from Z690 to B660 allows me to save about 100€, so I can definitely think of the 300Ti then.

Sounds reasonable. How about the flexibility ? Wouldn't I regret later choosing a B660 instead of a Z690 if I want to change some stuff ? Yep, don't think I'll go further than 1080p. What would you think that's better than a 3060 and wouldn't be too much of a stretch of my finances ?
