I had pretty much the same setup as you, but I had the 1060. It was a good card, but I replaced it with a sapphire rx590 nitro. I am quite happy with the 590... it is faster than the 1060 and I prefer sapphire products.

My main interest in this game is its take on cyberpunk. I love the genre, but recent takes on it have left me longing for the cyberpunk of the 80 and 90s. I'm really hoping for a Blade Runner meets Judge Dredd world

If you can get a copy and then get it to work, Midtown Madness from Microsoft would be a good starting point. It sits in between arcade racers and hard-core sims.
