A device that connects to a headphone output and transmits it directly to cochlear implant receiver(s). I imagine this would offer much better sound quality than wearing headphones on top of regular CI transmitter units.
There are so many great games coming out this year that it's almost hard to choose, but I think the ones I'm most looking forward to are Cyberpunk 2077, Doom Eternal, the new Microsoft Flight Simulator, and the PC port of Horizon Zero Dawn. All of which would certainly look better on this screen...
