Memory is working fine with memtest. I got another pair of HyperX Fury 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz and the issue is the same. Eventually, I think it is the CPU and buy a new one. Fixed. Thanks for the help. ;)

Thanks for reply. I tried to turn off XMP and it doesn't help. OS and some other games and programs are working fine, not all of them. Anyway, I change the CPU with a 3700X and everything is working fine now. I am not 100% sure but I think there is some problem with the CPU. Thanks for the help.:)

I have already updated the motherboard BIOS to least one, and I tried the second PCI-E slot yesterday. No luck.

I am not sure what it is but it seems like some problem with graphics or physics engine. It happens in PES 2021, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Outer Wilds, Unturned, Raft...Not sure the others. Here is my Specs: OS: Win 10...
