IRL? I'd... honestly probably try to be diplomatic, fail miserable, get annoyed as hell at the bureaucracy, and then go all berserker. If we're talking about the game though, then it's just 100% the latter because that's just the most fun way to play a game with "Assassin" in the name, isn't it?
