I know pretty much all shooters have made it into console but I don't see how the experience is in any way close to mouse-aiming. I remember CS 1.6 back in the late 90's and early 00's was THA SHIAT and pretty much what got me into finding a job and saving money (to buy a 3D capable computer)...

Some games you have to play that I don't think made it into console (at least not in any decent form): - Starcraft - Heroes of Might and Magic III (complete edition) - Nox - Fallout (the OG one!) - Civilization series - Sim City 2000 and onwards All of these aged extremely well.
