I'm in Linz (Austria). My budget would be around 1500€ that's why I choosed this components it's 1566€ , 100€ give or take, doesn't matter. My monitor resolution is 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz (but I will upgrade monitor in future, this one is good so far)
